I once witnessed a midddle aged slob with a beer gut, wearing a pair of jeans that looked as if they had never seen the inside of a washing machine and a tatty plaid shirt with most of the buttons missing pass some extraordinarily critical remarks about a woman who may not have been the epitome of chic but who at least looked as if she had brushed her hair that day.<br> <br> Oh and I agree with you about the fat thing although as one who is prone to putting on weight easily I do have some sympathy with those who genuinely struggle to keep the pounds off. I have finally found the way that suits me but it is not easy and there is so much conflicting advice around. Part of my problem in the weight department is that I loathe exercise.
